Another great day on the bike. The weather remained absolutely fantastic. It feels like an Indian Summer.
After a quick lunch in the city of Saumur we stopped at the Royal Abbey of Fontevraux. What a site. It is being restored slowly but surely over the years. It is weird to imagine that such a place could be used as a prison during the second world war.
