Today forecast was dead on for once. So after a quick rip to Squamish, I met up with Michelle and Andrew at the Langdale ferry in Horseshoe bay.
We had an uneventful ride to Sechelt for a quick refuel.
By the time we reached Smuggler cove, we had the road pretty much to ourselves. Which meant lots of fun. We ended up at the garden bay pub for lunch, which incidentally is still for sale after one year on the market.
Then we headed up to Egmont and the Earl’s cove castle. We however did not time our ride back right, as we were caught by the Powell ferry traffic. It was an excellent day with perfect bikes and perfect roads under the perfect weather.
It looks like Andrew was pretty happy to finally put his new Versys to the test of the open roads.
