Today we finally had our first decent ride of the year. Weather forecast was excellent, and we took the chance to get a bit of fun on the twisty roads of the sunshine coast. Arguably the closest decent riding out of Vancouver. Last year I found a really cool little side road. No housing development, make for a really fun road free of idiots.
To my surprised, soon after turning onto the road, we found ourselves stopped by a road block. Well, it turns out that long board fanatics have found this road too, and who would blame them. So we waited a bit, and enjoyed the show, before heading up and down the road while they transfered themselves back to the top in a couple of cars.
Really cool. And those guys make it look so easy, it is sickening.
