No one could see any summit around Crest-Voland this morning. Clouds are all around. A perfect opportunity to go visit a couple of Key churches in the area.
Turns out that a Baroque style church as just received an 8 Millions Euro renovation. St Nicolas de Veroce was all over the local news this past week as the work was inaugurated by personalities last week-end.
Then on the other side of the Chamonix valley, there is another church with very unusual decorations, as it is all in contemporary art. Pretty cool inside out, but sadly no pictures allowed inside.
