I knew full well that many roads around here would be fun on a bike. But today was another level.
The roads leading up and down the many gorges of the area are very technical. Then the ‘causses’ (plateau) allows for a faster pace on smooth pavement with a great visibility. Aveyron got it all.
Amazing scenery and low level of population means lots of freedom around. Could I dare say? … Get out of the Alps and come on down here.
