In France for about a month. I finally have the opportunity to spend some time around Lyon. Strangely enough I have never visited or got into the city center. Just passing by and avoiding its legendary traffic jams on my way to/from the Alps.
So today I hiked a fair bit in a relatively hot environment. It was not as stressing as Paris, but getting close to it. Anyway here are a few notable sites, around the city center. I think that this town deserves more time and a better guide than myself. The history span well over 2 millenniums, and it is all visible today.
