I used to know the Lake District like the back of my hand. Located in the North West of England, only a few miles South of the Scottish border, it is a unique site, well worth visiting.
Today was my very first time traveling on a bike on those tight roads bordered by perfect stones walls. And the view is different. It was no surprise to discover sheep grazing in the fields on the other side. Joke apart, the great things about the bike viewpoint was a much easier anticipation of incoming traffic, but also the ease of parking at some viewpoints.
